Which is the best shop machine tool?

Something useful for suddenly snatching flat metal bar stock out of your hands so that it smacks you in the chest and flings your beer across the room, splattering it against that freshly painted part you were drying.

4. I would say the lath machine, it is a tool that can completely duplicate it's self by building a new lath that would be even better than it presently is if the machenist is skilled enough to run it.

6. Gotta be a tablesaw. Put a flat bar in there and it'll go clear through your chest and open the can on the way.
