in lathe machine headstock i want spindle speed 100 rpm output with having motor rpm 1440. please know me gear

in lathe machine headstock i want spindle speed 100 rpm output with having motor rpm 1440 so please let me know spindle gear dia., shaft gear & dia., Driving pulley dia. and motor pulley dia. should i fit.

1. There is no general procedure for doing this; it depends on the design of the transmission of the lathe. There will be various levers and gearing arrengements for setting the speed, and also for setting the speed of the worm shaft. There will be a label on the gearbox showing the possibilities.
